Part of the Discovery Science Foundation, the Cube is where science meets fun. It’s the perfect destination for a family outing, and if you’re traveling with little ones in Anaheim you won’t want to miss out on all the exhibits, galleries and hands-on experiences. The “Helicopter tour” lets guests explore a real helicopter, from the cockpit to the blades, while the Science of Hockey lets athletes dig deeper into a beloved sport.
Check out Bubblefest and learn the science behind making bubbles, or take an Inspector Training Course and get an inside peek into a challenging, fun and outdoor career. Healthy Kitchen takes kid’s cooking to another level while Mission Control puts visitors in the driver’s seat of an exciting mission to space.
What Will You Discover?
Summer camps, after school workshops, Homeschool Days and more programs are offered throughout the year so educators and parents can find the perfect program for their kids. Sleepovers and birthday parties (or any kind of party!) are also an option if you want a one of a kind, science-centric experience. Contact Discovery Cube and start planning your special event today.
When visiting during regular hours, the Cube is open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily. Some spooky science exhibits will be popping up in October, and as always the Showcase Theater offers unique movies and shorts throughout the day. Discover more in the O.C.
