Coming Up: Trick Or Treat Street
If you’re traveling with kids this weekend, don’t miss Trick Or Treat Street!
The event, hosted by the Anchorage Downtown Partnership, is designed to provide children with a safe place to trick-or-treat, as well as engage in other fun activities to celebrate Halloween. Various downtown businesses will be opening their doors and candy bowls to trick-or-treaters, so let your kids pull out their best costumes. In addition to the traditional Halloween activity, there will be face painting, cupcake decorating, various games, and even a creepy log cabin to explore. At the police station, one of the trick-or-treat stops, the police will be allowing kids to explore a haunted SWAT vehicle! Wild Scoops will be offering up some ice cream, and Kaladi Brothers will be pouring cups of some of the best hot chocolate you’ve ever had. Additionally, enjoy delicious cuisine from the various food trucks that will be stationed around town!
