Just two miles from the French Quarter, you don\u2019t have to go far from your hotel to indulge. Sucr\u00e9 offers traditional king cake, a requirement for any visitor (and you might be lucky enough to get the piece with the tiny plastic baby!). Repeatedly voted the best king cake by multiple magazines, it\u2019s a great way to start your sweet tooth journey.<\/p>\n

Still Perkin\u2019 is known for mind blowing frozen lemonade, the perfect pairing for the patisserie selection or as a precursor to some fantastic coffee. Amici Ristorante and Bar has fried Oreos, tiramisu, gelato, and cannoli on the menu. At Copeland\u2019s Cheesecake Bistro, you\u2019ll find an eclectic selection with white chocolate bread pudding and Killed by Chocolate Turtle being popular choices.<\/p>\n

Sweets for the Sweet<\/strong><\/p>\n

Honeydeux is renowned for bubble teas, many of them sweet, such as fresh mango, taro, and pineapple. At the Red Rooster Snowball Stand, you\u2019ll get ice cream and frozen yogurt along with macaroons and chocolates. Pralines by Jean definitely favors this sweet treat, but also doles out cupcakes along with the classic coffee praline bars.<\/p>\n
