What\u2019s on the Menu?<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Salvadorian chef Isabel Ochoa-Galvez uses secret family recipes as well as techniques she\u2019s learned in Italy, Spain and Portugal. Open for brunch and dinner, you\u2019ll find a wide selection of pupusas including all chicharron, all cheese, portabella and roasted pepper, spinach and cheese, and shrimp and cheese.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Separate vegetarian\/vegan and meat menus suit every palate. Try the sweet corn tamale with homemade cream or the organic chicken flautas.
