9:00 AM: Airboat Swamp Tours<\/a><\/h2>\n

Find out who’s living in the swamps by taking a boat out.\u00a0 The tour starts at 9:45, but get there early to snag a good spot.\u00a0 On the two-hour ride, you’ll have the chance to see alligators, snakes, turtles, raccoons, eagles, and more.\u00a0 It’s really amazing just how diverse the wildlife can be in the area.<\/p>\n

12:00 PM: Parran’s<\/a><\/h2>\n

A trip on the water always makes people hungry.\u00a0 Stop at Parran’s and get a seafood muffaletta – it’s the best in the country.\u00a0 The meal includes shrimp, catfish, and oysters, all fresh from the bayou, and the perfect spicy Cajun mayo to accent it.\u00a0 Pair with red beans and rice for a bit more Southern flavor.<\/p>\n

1:00 PM: Metairie Cemetary<\/h2>\n

3:00 PM: Kenner Planetarium and Space Science Complex<\/a><\/h2>\n

7:00 PM: Harbor Seafood and Oyster Bar<\/a><\/h2>\n
