Audubon Park and Zoo

The Audubon Park and Zoo are some of the places that you will meet along the way riding a streetcar. This park has lagoons, oak trees and green wide spaces perfect for families and friends. There are plenty of playgrounds scattered around the park and if you still have time, why not visit Audubon Zoo as well? It is right at the back of the park. Make sure to drop by!

Canal Streetcar Line

Taking the Canal Streetcar Line from Mid-City to Downtown New Orleans’ Central Business District will take you to two different routes. The one goes to the historical mid-city cemetery, while the other one stops at the foot of City Park. If you do not know where those are, you can find the final destination of the route written at the front of the streetcar.

Louis Armstrong Park

Have a refreshing morning at Louis Armstrong Park, located just outside of the French Quarter. Stroll around the Congo Square where you can find sculptures dedicated to the music legend and duck ponds as well. Found near the Park is the Backatown Coffee Parlour that offers not just great coffee but snacks as well, grab a drink and continue wandering the Park.
